The report he generated afterwards for us was incredibly detailed and included plenty of pictures of all of his findings. Most of all we appreciated how strictly he adhered to maintaining a safe distance from us during the inspection and wore a mask and gloves the entire time. All in all we were very satisfied with Five21's service. read less

Just as an opener, my call to Five21 was answered right away - a real person and no waiting for return call. Anthony Marino was very informative, answered all of my questions, his programs on his web-site were easy to understand, contracts were signed and we set up an inspection for 3 days after my Saturday phone call. Anthony was on time for our appointment, walked the property with us, we pointed out things of concern to him and he did the same for us. We left him alone to do his work but periodically he would stop and call attention to something and give us an explanation.
